EPiC Facilitator, ICP-ATF

Our EPiC Facilitator training course is run for over 4 half-days (Virtual) / 2 days (In-Person). It is for anyone who needs to facilitate groups of people in workshops and meetings to drive towards agreed-upon outcomes. It specifically suits (but is not limited to) facilitators that work within an agile environment such as the role of Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Participants will come away with ICP-ATF certification and a wide range of facilitation skills, practical tools and techniques to help design and deliver engaging, effective and outcome focused facilitated events. 

Through obtaining the Agile Team Facilitator certification, participants will develop an appreciation for the art of facilitation as key to fostering collaboration and enabling self-organising teams. In addition, participants will build their facilitator toolkits and gain experience facilitating specific agile practices most relevant to their organisational context.

The EPiC Facilitator Training Course will not only provide you with the skills to plan and conduct effective team meetings, but is focused on guiding you through the process of leading teams towards collaboration and self-organisation.

Participants will gain practical experience in effective facilitation as well as an understanding of the facilitator mindset and the shift required to achieve desired outcomes.
