SAFe Lean Portfolio Management

The Lean Portfolio Management course helps executives, project management officers (PMOs) and other key stakeholders plan dynamically and be flexible enough to adjust initiatives and budgets as the market changes. The LPM course provides the guidance and tools attendees need to work effectively in remote environments with distributed teams. You’ll learn how to connect portfolio strategy and initiatives to the agility planning and execution of work, how to integrate feedback from participatory budgeting, and how to adapt to change while maintaining your funding vision and roadmap.

Our SAFe Lean Portfolio Management Virtual / In-Person Training Course equips attendees with the ability to plan dynamically and be flexible enough to adjust initiatives and budgets as the market changes. This is a certification course. Attendees will receive the SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager certification from SAFe® upon successful completion of this course and exam.

Is this a certification course?

This is a certification course. Attendees will receive the SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager certification from SAFe® upon successful completion of this course and exam.

Is there an exam? 

Yes, the SAFe 6.0 Lean Portfolio Manager Exam is a 90-minute, 45-MCQ and multi-select web-based, closed-book exam. To earn the Certified SAFe® Lean Portfolio Manager certification, one needs to clear this exam and get at least 32 out of 45 questions right.

Who can attend this training course? 

The SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) course is for executives, PMOs, and other key stakeholders who want to plan dynamically and be flexible.

Do I need to complete any training courses prior to undertaking the SAFe Lean Portfolio Management course? 

It is not essential to have completed previous training courses prior to attending this workshop, however a strong knowledge of Agile / experience working in Agile environments is recommended.

Is this course facilitator-led?

Yes, this is a facilitator-led virtual/in-person workshop. You will be able to ask questions, engage with peers and put into practice your learnings during breakouts and group sessions.
